<a href="../../artists/12-el-boy-die" target="_blank">El Boy Die</a> has been paving a new and unique path for psychedelic folk music for the past few years and his debut full-length album “Black Hawk Ladies & Tambourins” casts a shadowy cloud of arcane beauty. A native of France, he’s embarked on an ambitious career that’s taken him throughout Europe and North America. Through his vagabond attitude and DIY approach, he’s been able to shape a distinctive and cinematic sound palette that draws from medieval ambience, tribal chanting and ethereal instrumentation that deviates from the modern framework of folk.
